First time ordering with Boux Avenue. Having lost a bit of weight, I decided to purchase bodice type of underwear to hopefully give myself a bit of a confidence boost. There were other items in the delivery including a few pairs of knickers. I was surprised that there were no hygiene stickers inside, however, I only try on items in my own underwear anyway. The bodice was too small in the bra area. I packaged it straight back up and returned with the other items I wasn’t happy with. When I received a small refund, I queried it with customer services. They said the bodice item wasn’t returned to a satisfactory hygiene standard and appeared worn. This is 100% untrue. I was told it was being sent back out over 2 weeks ago. I have called again this morning to be told a photograph was uploaded YESTERDAY showing a dirty mark in the crotch. As you can imagine, I’m mortified, disgusted and quite frankly fuming. I totally understand companies having hygiene control but clearly, any mark that is now present on it has not been caused by me and has either been received in that way as I didn’t check it or has happened since it’s return. I cannot put across how much this has bothered me. PLEASE avoid this company so this does not happen to you!! If I had read previous reviews where they have done exactly the same to others, I would never have considered ordering from them.
Worst customer service I have ever received (Oxford store, summer 2020)! I purchased something that didn't fit and was advised that I can bring it back. When I returned with the item and receipt, the manager started being rude to me. She also insisted that the card I was providing was not the original method of payment. As I paid contactless, the number on the receipt was obviously different. Everything I said and did was contested by her. She was so aggressive and rude that felt threatened by her behaviour. PLEASE note the return was processed and she offered no apology for her rude behaviour. Needless to say, I will never go back there and will advise others not to go either.

Great matching bra and underwear set. Really impressed with quality
Bought a nice hot water bottle with soft Giraffe pattern cover for my gf but the cute little pom-poms with bow fell off as soon as it was unwrapped. The screw top doesn't look the best of quality but so far so good. The rubber bottle itself looks and feels of good standard.
For a company that sells lingerie, you don't know how to make it. Don't advertise plus size if you aren't going to give "the girls" enough fabric to fit in. Don't sell something in sizes 14-18 if the model on the pictures is wearing it (air brushed) and a size 0. Pathetic
Set I ordered was beautiful, the fit was spot on and such a reasonable price for what it is! Will definitely be buying from here again
Gods arrived promptly and were very good quality. The bras look good and fit well.
Goods were faulty on this occasion and I have struggled to get a return label. The retailer has give me the run around trying to return the item.
Another beautiful lingerie set from Boux Avenue!! Ordered on 8th April came on 9th!!? Great communication. Well packaged. Beautiful quality as usual. Fantastic choice and huge range of sizes. Very happy.
I ordered three full support Brassieres for bigger chests and they are amazing!!I've ordered Brassieres from Boux Avenue before, and while the T-shirt Bras are good, the wires always seem to want to kill me. I was sceptical about these Brassieres being too like sports bra's which, as we know, are to be taken off as soon exercise is over or body-acne pays a little visit; I was pleasantly surprised instead as the brassieres had a back strap, unlike the sports bra's I wear which you just pull on. They provide full support and I will not be switching back to wired bra's for every day anytime soon.They are extremely comfortable. GO BUY THEM!

Everything arrived really nicely packaged. It all fitted perfectly and looks so nice. It’s wonderful to find a company that accepts women with bigger boobs want to look sexy too. I went online and immediately ordered some more.
Order and delivery were fine. I was disappointed by the huge and unnecessary amount of packaging. The bra was also disappointing as it pulled the padding and caused a fold halfway across the cup. Unwearable so have returned for refund.
